Mr. Thomas is a certified public accountant. Mr. Thomas received his LL.M. in Taxation from the Emory University School of Law. He received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe. He received a B.A. from Furman University.
